    Terms and Conditions

    • Site 300 covers up to 10 pages only built using 2 Premium Camel Templates. Additional pages need to be requested after the site is published and will be charged separately.
    • The price of Site 300 is fixed at $300 USD or $450 AUD (ex GST)
    • Turnaround time is from 7 to 10 business days.
    • All web contents (texts, images, colour scheme etc), instructions for the website build and the selected template(s) must be submitted through the online build form. 
    • Only the information submitted through the build form will be used to develop the site.
    • You can pick 2 premium templates for this plan. The first template will be the main structure for your website. You can then pick sections from the second template to be added or to change any existing section on your template. If you only added one template to the form, that will be the only template that we’ll use to build your site.
    • Only contents, images, color scheme and branding will be replaced from the chosen template with the addition of selected sections from the second template. These sections will retain their main layout but can be adjusted to match the details and design of the main template. Overall template layout will remain.
    • TheCamel.co® will use Camel-built widgets for free provided that it is already included on the template you have selected upon site order. Otherwise, it will be invoiced separately.
    • Two free sets of edits (TheCamel.co® defines an edit as a change that requires no redesign of graphics, layout or additional pages.) is allowed after preview link is sent to the customer and up to 3 business days waiting period for the changes to arrive. Otherwise, the free sets of edits will be forfeited and changes will be done after the site is live with additional costs. 
    • Payment is required upon form submission. It is nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full, to another item, credit, or refund.
    • Site 300 is not included in any discounts, sale, special promotion and such.
    • E-commerce and blog add ons are available but could affect the turnaround time depending on the number of items to be added to the site.
    • If you require any technical work on your site, it will be subjected for checking and will have additional cost as well. The technical work will be applied after the site build is completed.
    • The add-ons can only be availed on the initial order of site 300. Any changes on the content or layout after the build will be subjected to our Website Support Services, which is charged by the hour.
    • Contents of each page must be sent prior to build and properly labeled where it should be placed. Our team will adjust the layout of the current template to match your given content.
    • The Layout Add-on applies to certain sections or rows in your chosen templates but does not cover a full website layout change. Layout changes must be identified prior to build.
