TheCamel.co Website Support Packages are tailored to cater to several use cases for our dear customers. We understand that there are situations where the plain old per hour basis support is not ideal and not everyone requires the same level of support for their client needs. Which is why with our newly created tiers, we are aiming to provide you more options and more flexibility with both the arrangement and inclusions for each package.

Hourly Support
- This plan is similar to a pay-as-you-go plan. TheCamel will bill you on an hourly rate for your requested changes.
- Inclusion: Standard DUDA Edits
- Pricing: US$15.00 per hour

Monthly Subscription for Unlimited Standard Duda Edits
- This tier is a monthly subscription with a minimum of 3 months commitment per site. This covers Unlimited Standard DUDA edits, which are any changes within the DUDA functionality that does not include any custom HTML/CSS changes
- Pricing: US$25.00 per month per site

Monthly Subscription with Fixed Hours Allocation
- Monthly subscription which gives you a certain number of hours per month plus savings with a minimum of 3 months commitment.
- The hours could be used on multiple sites and primarily on standard DUDA edits and changes, with the exception of the following, which will be priced in line with TheCamel's standard pricing.
- Additional Pages, Blog posts and Product Entry
- Ecommerce Setup
- Technical Works
- Additionally, the hours per month do not rollover.

Limitations
- Any request that isn’t covered by the MWS plans will be priced standard.
- For Tier 3
- If the hours purchased by the client have been used up, any additional changes would be priced under the hourly website support.
- The hours per month do not rollover.
- The following requests are excluded from the MWS plan inclusions.
